Community Connex is a virtual engagement platform designed to provide individuals who require adaptive supports with an accessible and inclusive space to connect remotely. The program facilitates peer connection, mutual support, and the sharing of information related to relevant services, programs, and community resources. Once a roster of interested participants has been confirmed, Zoom invitations will be distributed to registered individuals to participate in scheduled sessions.
